Workflows

In scientific computing, complex analyses are often organised as workflows — sequences of computational steps that leverage a variety of tools.

The platform enables users to use their own custom workflows or public workflows from upstream repositories like WorkflowHub and Dockstore.

It provides a scalable, user-friendly, and abstracted workflow management experience aligned with full GA4GH integration and compliance.

When you first navigate to the workflows module, you will see the list of workflows available to you in addition to control to upload a new workflow or browse workflows from upstream repositories.
